Haha, today training is very the damn slack. Lian finish then rest for 15mins then lian again. Lol! But behind is zuhe then do some P.T . Then when eating lunch dat time got heavy rain. Then the road flood. Cannot go hostel then joyce fren juz nice come then lend umbrella so sam go in n ask for umbrella. Then when time 4 my turn to go in dat time i went wif annabell.Then we didnt noe dat there is like heavy flood then we just walk slowly. HAHA! Then our whole pants wet. Mine is until the KUA there then annabell is kena until her knee.

Afternoon is quite tiring la...maybe IS very tiring.Haha,I hate the training la!!! SUCKS. haha i did alot of hou bao. Then i improve le! MUAHAHAHAHAHA!!!My leh damn straight.HAHA. Very happy. Anws, yesterday haf buffet in sma's hse cos wjl gg back so we celebrate. Then i took grape the car wif my 2 bro, his bro n jing wei. Then i go there play basket ball awhile then lychee came, so we started to play batminton on the road. Then haf once is grape play wif sam then i wanna make grape laugh so i do the MOCCA thingi( OVER THERE!) then i did a pu bu oso. damn funny. Then evening Mango & Lemon oso came. Aiya...alot of ppl la!!
At night me, lychee,lemon,mango n Jeff's sister play 'MONKEY' then xiao an come disturb n take our ball away then we play wif the gym ball the she oso take away haha, afterdat we take the Ruby ball then she oso take away so in the end we play hide n seek. Damn big la her hse.Then playing dat time xiao an disturb then not fun so we play monkey n don care her. Then she cry. So jeff's sister gif her the ball then xiao an pass the ball to the 'monkey'(yongying) so jeff's sister muz be the monkey. Damn retard la! WTF! Then oso play ICE&WATER in the gym room. Then the guys playing PS2 in the gym room. Then trhe retard lychee keep blocking them cos nid to run then the guys keep one GAME OVER. Damn stupid la! w/e i nid go le. Byess!!!

Yo peeps! haha. One whole week didn't post, miss me? Lol jkn.Anws, after the holiday camp i felt dat i improved ~QUITE alot.haha.oso, haf one gal from kuen wushu came to sino n train. Dat girl is someone dat looks like ma ling juan. Haha.I noe dat the girl hate me VERY much cos she normally get 1st for 5-duan chang quan from 2003 to 2005. Then i come join the competition dat time i get first always. But she juz acting dat she like me. Haha, nvm la. I very FRIENDLY~ one...haha.didn't noe dat she noe yuxiang very well.haha...nth to say le, bye.

Anws,yesterday teach the poiching ppl...teach them abt 3---4 times alre still cannot rmb. Then hjl treat me one can of grape. But in the end when i training dat time my bro go n drink.Then at night abt 10.30pm dat time lychee n i feel dat it's too cold in the rm...so we sat outside. Then i never wear my specs. Afterthat i saw one tall tall plany see until one girl wif v long hair, no leg n hand but got head n body. Then when lychee talking to me dat time i never replay then she ask me looking at wad dat time...i tell her abt the plant. Then she look at it n say:"OMG... looks like a gohst lei...(5seconds later...)OMG!...AHHHH!!!!!!"
Damn funny...lol she abit lag lei...then she pull my hand until damn tight then run into the room.Then the jl's stare at us. LOL! Then one min later i told lychee to take pic of dat gohst . Then i oso wanna take. haha,so kpo...then when we step out of the room dat time we run back into the room cos damn dark n scary. Then the jl's stare at us again. In the end lychee n i nid to go toilet so she squeeze my hand until damn tight n walk to the canteen right outside the toilet. Then all the ppl studying stare at lychee cos she scream while walking. Haha,she scared until forget dat we nid to go toilet. Then i laugh at her until i oso forget. Then lychee on the P.T song dat she took from hjl phone then blust it. Then when 'QUITE' near the plant dat time she scream n run then almost bang onto one girl dat juz came out of her rm. DAMN RETARD!!! Then today morning i wake up dat time u keep staring at the plant n say BOO! BOO! BOO! Cos not scary alre. Then i juz notic dat the scary plant is the 11th plant which is the second last means there is 12 plant. Then i count many times but in the end is onlyu 11 plant. OMG! i was like damn frightened. Then ohnanako was like beside me cos lychee n sam is bathing then ljl was like staring at me when i said BOO!! BOO! BOO! to the 11th plant.understand? nvm...i shall draw out...

LOL! haha. I think yall understand now? Anws, today sino traning in the morning is 3 ZHENG TAO! Then afternoon is P.T test. First is frog jump see how many steps to finish one line. Then 10times shuttle run...one carpet distance. Followed by going to the carpark ton run.Lastly is go hostle inside to run the 5 round n chiong. But cannot go in cos the bulldog head guard say cannot go in without pass. Sowe haf to go back to the training centre to take pass. Then when show the pass dat time dat time almost everyone point middle finger. Haha. Then i donwanna talk abt the run but the 5 rounds is like sooooo damn wasted la! Cos i chiong until the 3rd round dat time king took over me then i chiong n over take him then he over take me again then i overtake him again...haha, i'm the first the when the last few steps dat time king chiong the like siao the overtake me! ROAR!!! i can get first one la! king'破坏我的梦想' I hate him! Then the first grp gg run again dat time;cos not counted. Then dunno hu say smth then started to talk intil alfred suddenly say bitch to hjl then hjl say nonid run le. Then he went back to the training centre. then xk cry cos he tot dat he could get first for the overall but in the end the 5 round is like 0 marks. Then hjl was like damn sad cos alfred call him bitch then he when to sit down n do smth. Then we all do 100 sit ups n 200 'backwards situp' after that i sdamn sian so i do split then lychee pull my back leg n my eldest bro pull my front leg. Damn pain la! Then behind is like damn slack then afterdat party. Cos grapes bd. LOL...oya!

Yo everyone, long time no tag again...hahas.
;Training sucks man! Especially on Saturdays,we went to the hostel's basketball court which is like so the damn hot n then we train there. We also do the Kong tui for one min (each leg 3 times)...Then hou liao each leg 50 times n oso ping heng for one min(each leg 2 times) Then chiong 100M(x10)/200M(x5)
Second last is chiong 5 rounds n the place is like double of sino training centre...n hjl wants us to run within 2.30mins! two times....everyone got stitch...then grapes got asthma for awhile...lols. Lastly, is dian jiao jian...damn painful!

YOz! haha, stayed overnight at sino again. LOLS. Skip school for abt one week bahss...lol. Anws, lychee n i is like twins cos we have 'SOMETHING' together one the same day. Then when training dat time 'SOMETHING' keep dropping, so the both of us tell jl dat we cannot train. HAHAHA!!! i think yall noe wad i mean bahss. lol. Gtg le, bye.

Yo, long time no post le.
HAHA, cos i in sino stay overnight for 3 days.damn shit la the training! Can die one...now i cant even walk n my whole body cramp...=.-
But after class i went 7-11 wif lychee then the jessi wanna follow...he is a little prevert! he hug guys,smell ppl pillow n say smells like a flower. Then when i tell him dont cross the road dat time he dash across the rd...he wanna die la!
